I like their beef noodle soup. The broth is light and not salty, just right IMO. The beef is tender and the flavor is good. They cut their green onion thin just the way I like it. The medium size bowl we ordered were just right, but since it's my first time, I should have ordered the big bowl. It is definitely one of my favorites BNS...

Good as it has been. No fancy decoration. No fancy menu. Stick to its original beef noodles only. The soup is probably the best in town. Not salty. Impeccable balance between the noodles and the soup. In my opinion, this beef noodles restaurant outperform the Liao beef...
