Sesame Oil Chicken is a common Taiwanese dish made with ginger, rice wine, and sesame oil.

The thing I like about this restaurant is that they have varieties other than chicken. I usually order pork with noodle. • The noodle (rice vermicelli) is made with rice and flour. • Their "rice" tastes awful, but I recommend noodle. • The quality of their soup seems unstable: Sometimes it's really heavy in alcohol, but sometimes you don't...

The food is pretty good. You can certainly enjoy the traditional sesame oil chicken and the dishes around it. However, service is slow whether or not you're a sit-in or take-out customer. It's quite baffling because these small restaurants tend to have quick service with people come and go. Considering it's just opened, hope things can improve some how.
