This is a family favorite restaurant of ours, and has been for many years. They produce consistently delicious, fresh, balanced SE Asian food for a decent price at a clean location with good service. I would recommend it to anyone! The only thing in their menu that I wouldn't rave about are the desserts. Everything...

They serve Vietnamese food made by Vietnamese people and served in the way that you would receive if you were to visit Vietnam, right down to the packaged wet wipes on the table. The food is very tasty but not cheap. It’s a slightly more upscale kind of restaurant and could be a good date site. It’s located near a night market area too.

天氣炙熱，最適合吃越式料理，清爽酸甜夾雜的各種選擇，再度來到公館的翠薪越南餐廳，除了點～牛肉河粉，清爽容易入口，牛肉軟嫩適中，加上越南烤肉搭配九層塔、生菜夾肉，沾上特調的酸甜沾醬，吃起來沒負擔，真的好吃。今天還加點了～酷似蛋餅的：蝦蛋煎用生菜沾醬包裹用蛋米內夾著豆芽菜、肉末、蝦仁的蝦蛋煎，口味獨特又爽口不油，吃起來沒負擔，最後用最具特色的嚤嚤喳喳冰是爽涼泌人心脾的口感，為今天的越式餐點畫下完美句點。夏日裡用餐最好的選擇。服務人員態度親切、熱心。如果有到公館，你一定要來品嚐一下。

Located close to Taiwan University, so it is quite busy. In general, the dishes tastes and flavors were okay, but no wow status. The beef noodles soup had good flavor, but the meats were a bit tough. The vegetables were fresh and refillable, but again, the skewers were tough, not tender. Service was okay !

Located close to Taiwan University, so it is quite busy. In general, the dishes tastes and flavors were okay, but no wow status. The beef noodles soup had good flavor, but the meats were a bit tough.
