Chili and Lime — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I’ve ordered through piki more than a few times and each time the food has been absolutely delicious. This makes me happy because I find here in Dar that most restaurants don’t have the same level of consistency when it comes to their food. I typically get the everyday thali and each time I’ve received something different and everything has been consistently good. I have no idea what I’m eating but I enjoy every single time. Not only is it filling, it’s flavorful with enough spice and portions are sized we’ll enough for me to have leftovers which I also love. I’m not a fan of the roti so I do end up getting naan if available. The one thing I can say negatively is at times the curries are cooked with a little bit too much oil for my personal liking but it’s not enough to stop me from ordering from here. have been here and tried a few items and honestly i was very satisfied and happy with the food. The panipuri was the best as the sauces were very much on point, so was the fillings. The masala dosa was very good. tried the all day thali also and it was yumyum 😍They have a wide selection of indian sweets in front of the entrance.
