CJs Pizza — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I ordered two pizzas: one chicken and one beef. The staff informed me the order would take 30 minutes, so I decided to play with my child at the play area. They assured me they would call me once the pizzas were ready.

After playing for about 20 to 25 minutes, I went to check on the order. To my surprise, the lady at the counter informed me that beef wasn’t available in their kitchen. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, she simply looked at me with a straight face and said the kitchen staff had just informed her.

This was extremely disappointing customer service. It was evident that the staff didn’t care about their customers. What made matters worse was that the manager appeared to be present but didn’t handle the situation professionally. While he instructed the staff to apologize, she didn’t even bother.

When I requested to cancel the chicken pizza as well, the manager seemed indifferent, almost as if directing the staff to let us leave without addressing the issue properly.

This experience was highly frustrating, and I would not recommend this place based on how poorly they treat...

I ate here this afternoon, searched online for a pizza place as I’m staying here in Dar.

I asked for large masala fries and the beef steak pizza in small size.

Lady tells me there is no change secondly when my pizza arrives after an incredible 30 minute wait she says they don’t do large fries. Could’ve told me earlier that you’re inflexible. The service was shocking. The food was great though hence the star.

I gave it 3 stars, yes, but not to point out your weaknesses rather to share with you my experience and how you can improve. The food was okay, yes, but wasn't at the right temperature, it arrived cold. I had asked for malasa chips but because of the temperature, the spicy taste of the food wasn't that good as it would have been if the food was hot.
