About: this is a neat and cozy restaurant on the 3rd floor in City mall, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. They serve Indian, Pakistani and various continental cuisines. Service: ☆☆☆☆☆ AMAZING service. We were received at the door by very hospitable waitresses and welcomed to a table. The waitress listened carefully and obliged to all demands and requests that were made. They also serve a complimentary chicken soup prior meals. Food: ☆☆☆ In terms of quantity the food is definitely fit for the money. Most of the dishes we got tasted alright. I didn't like the butter chicken much as it was quite oily for me. Overall rating : ☆☆☆☆ Good place to explore.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Red Onion in Tanzania Review: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Onion. I ordered a tuna salad, but when my food arrived, it was just a regular salad. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but there was zero communication about the mistake. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. It's evident that they have a serious problem with their customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered the chicken jalfrezi, the chicken was very rubbery and tough the sauce more on the bland side, not spicy, not seasoned adequately, i had to reapply salt and eat it with Chutney for it to be enjoyable. I ordered it with butter naan, but it wasn't even buttered correctly. It was an underwhelming experience compared to the price tag.

Really Poor Service, Didn't like their service at ALL!!! After waiting too much time for your order it still comes incomplete with some items missing. Also there's no staff communication, We were there before a Family and they had ordered same food and they got their order while we were still waiting for it... is this Really Good?! The first time I was here the service was steady but still same we had to wait out for Naans for several minutes.. I DON'T...
