*Disappointing Dining Experience

Our recent visit to Grill it left us utterly disappointed. We arrived with high hopes, eager to enjoy a meal of sirloin steaks, but what ensued was far from pleasant.

Upon placing our order for two sirloin steaks, we were informed by our waitress that they would take some time to prepare. Fully understanding, we patiently waited. However, after a long hour of waiting, our waitress returned with the shocking news that they had run out of sirloin steaks. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, she callously shifted the blame onto us, as if our patience had caused the steaks to magically disappear.

What was more frustrating than the prolonged wait was the lack of remorse or effort to make up for their mistake. Rather than offering any form of compensation for the time wasted or acknowledging the inconvenience caused, she simply suggested we choose something else from the menu.

As patrons who had patiently waited and trusted the restaurant’s promise, we expected more than a mere apology and a replacement option. The experience not only left us hungry but also deeply disappointed in the lack of customer care and professionalism displayed by the staff.

We got : ✅💯Sirlion , which was perfectly tender , juicy n welldone steak ...

🙌 Egg fry n cheddar melt .. which was ok ..but i would prefer if i asked them without the egg fry ...but my mom liked it , with the egg ,(so i guess its something , that can be decided on personal preference ).. Just a NOTE the STEAK DOESNT INCLUDE CHIPS / SIDES .
