Kayy Kafe & Grill - Coco Beach — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

Ordered Takeout platter of 2 wings and chapati..chapati were freshly cooked and hot. Fries and wings were freshly made. I chose 4 sauces unfottunately they were mixed so couldnt tell which one is which but they all tasted good. Fries were very fresh and hot. Enjoyed Meal at home. Good portion. I will visit this place soon to have my dinner there for sure.

Edit.. i visited the place cleanliness and hygiene of the food area kitchen and grill area didnt look clean. I saw roaches roaming around near mishkaki platter. Juice was served in a dirty jar there was chocolate sauce stuck under my juice jar so it wsnt washed properly. Staff in the kitchen area look dirty too. Tables n chairs some are broken. Washroom is outside nd not free. Every 1 min any random seller n guitarist will come to disturb wile u r...

Nice vibes. Chill atmosphere. Great ocean view and breeze, and a welcoming staff. Kayy Kafe & Grill was a definitely a pleasant experience with the family.

We had the Honey Mustard Burger, Chicken Tikka Pizza, Swahili Platter, and Dynamite Shrimp for the main course. Ferrero and Mars Milkshakes for dessert. Dynamite Shrimp was amazing and exploding with flavour as the name suggests. Swahili Platter was great bang for your buck and a generous portion. Both milkshakes for dessert were superb.

I loved how the place looked. Definitely enjoyed my lunch while having a great view of the ocean. The burger meat was so tastyyy, thick and juicyyyy. Loved it!! Apparently the watermelon-mint mojito wasn’t as sweet as I expected but the presentation was good.
