Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Orchid Café, and I must say, it was a refreshing and delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled in a quiet corner of the city, Orchid Café has a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for relaxation.
Ambience & Interior As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by soft background music, the comforting aroma of fresh coffee, and a cozy interior filled with modern rustic décor. Wooden furniture, indoor plants, and warm lighting gave the place a homey yet elegant vibe. The seating was well-spaced, offering a mix of small tables for individuals and cozy booths for groups.
Service The staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was promptly shown to a table and handed a neatly designed menu. They patiently answered my questions and even gave personal recommendations based on my taste preferences.
Food & Drinks I ordered a cappuccino and their signature Orchid Chicken Wrap, paired with a slice of red velvet cake for dessert. The cappuccino was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of strength and creaminess. The wrap was well-prepared—crispy on the outside, with tender chicken and a flavorful sauce inside. But the highlight was definitely the red velvet cake: moist, rich, and not overly sweet, just how I like it.
Prices Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. You’re definitely getting value for your money. Most meals ranged between moderate to slightly premium, but nothing felt overpriced.
Wi-Fi & Work-Friendly Environment The café offers free Wi-Fi, and I noticed a few people working on laptops, suggesting it’s also a popular spot for remote work or study. Power outlets were conveniently placed near most tables, which is a plus.
Overall Impression Orchid Café is not just a place to grab a coffee; it’s a spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to read or a café date spot, Orchid delivers. I’d absolutely visit again and next time, I’m trying their...

Read moreHad a not so good customer service experience here. Was our first time to visit this place since it was a friend's recommendation to try it. The service was so bad, I am not sure if it is the language barrier but I think not. Some of the mistakes doesn't need to be talked about just some common courtesy. One to mention is that we went inside not expecting to be greeted or someone to help us find our seat, so this didn't happen because we are 4. Then proceed outside, just ask some of the staff inside to let us know if there will be available seat inside. So we waited for minutes, we are very patient and wanted to eat there anyway because we have kids. One person asked us to seat inside for 3 chairs, we are 4 by the way, so we don't mind the kids can share. We are patient, then asked to move seat again then told that the lady in a big couch will be moving on our seat instead like exchange seats. We agreed. Later on, while waiting for the order and the kids really really wanted to eat, ended up sharing seat with somebody else. Not that we are picky or something, but we were told differently. I just don't like arguments but hopefully, someone should inform us, the lady is too busy talking on the phone how can we disturb her and other things happened that we just let it pass. Anyway, the food we ordered are nice except...
