Salamander Café — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I had a nice bowl of vegetarian pasta with red sauce with no cheese as requested. Pasta was cooked well but not overcooked. Vegetables were well cooked and still crisp, giving good texture. The staff were quick and attentive. They quickly asked about getting food prepared to my request and were able to accomplish it.

Very busy place but was able to get a seat quickly. Clean and neat. There was a large screen tv but was not playing anything, so it wasn't loud and confusing. There is also outside seating and tables and chairs for enjoying your beverage and having a conversation...

I got into Dar es Salaam after a tiring trip and needed food badly, this café came to my rescue. They gave me a hot and tasty Alfredo considering how cold and rainy the day was.
