Hanoi House Nungwi — Restaurant in Unguja

We recently visited a Vietnamese restaurant in Nungwi Zanzibar, and it was such a great experience! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and felt so authentic. Every dish we tried had its own unique touch, but the real standout for me was the Coconut Iced Coffee since it was absolutely amazing and perfectly balanced between the smoothness of the coffee and the light, creamy sweetness of the coconut. After having African food for eleven days, we were craving some different flavors so I searched for Asian food in Nungwi, and Hanoi House came up. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and passionfruit mint soda—both were delicious! The drunken noodles were made with wheat noodles (not rice) which isn’t my preference, but the menu says they offer rice noodles (which I missed that memo).
