Lots of options, good portion sizes, and not expensive. But the salad dressing has sugar in it. Many people who eat salads are health conscious and want to lose weight. Sugar adds to weight gain. It would be good to have an option of a sugar free dressing like olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of herbs (e.g. basil or oregano). More care should also be taken in separating the sauce from the meat in the dressing. My husband's protein salad came with mayo (fats) on the side. The salmon was served hot on a bed of light cream sauce with a hint of wasabi.The salad itself included steamed pumpkin, sweet corn, lettuce, a slice of orange, roast almond flakes, sesame, radish, cherry tomatoes and carrots.
