A very special place for a fantastic coffee experience. The owner grows and processes his own specialty coffee in the mountains surrounding Lampang. Some of his strains are used for fermentation using wine yeasts, resulting in astonishing flavours. Other varieties are dried under low temperature and low humidity conditions (LTLH). Some drip / filter coffees taste like honey, others like berries. The owner is very kind and takes his time to explain all you want to know about his products. As an engineer, he is very precise in processing his beans and brewing his cups. He also sells his beans and the roast dates are super fresh.
