A very special place for a fantastic coffee experience. The owner grows and processes his own specialty coffee in the mountains surrounding Lampang. Some of his strains are used for fermentation using wine yeasts, resulting in astonishing flavours. Other varieties are dried under low temperature and low humidity conditions (LTLH). Some drip / filter coffees taste like honey, others like berries. The owner is very kind and takes his time to explain all you want to know about his products. As an engineer, he is very precise in processing his beans and brewing his cups. He also sells his beans and the roast dates are super fresh. Accidentally walked past this cafe on my way to have lunch at a nearby boat noodle restaurant, so I did a quick research then decided to come check it out after finishing my lunch. I have been to a number of cafes in Thailand and other places, and can definitely say this place serves one of the best coffee I've ever had, even comparable to cafes in Japan or Australia!
