I would like to share some experience of the staff in the store*

Once in a while, I sit and eat at the restaurant. bad things happen 🙄 I would like to criticize some male staff, he service is very bad, selfish, saying that there will be a lot of customers, only 2 people will not sit at this table, f**k can you say this to customers who are sitting here? evan there large table, not allow 2 customers to choose seats. Maybe the customer will have more friends to come your store Even if it's only 2 people, it may be ordered like 100pax like a tour bus, tour airline or tour boat. In my place have word better to saying if you dont want costomers sit large table. ex) 1. say someone has a reservation 2.atmosphere here is not pleasant 3.There are here a lot of mosquitoes something like this and now i think i dont want to eat here once time anymore. There are many other shops that better service more than here. Before, girl staff tell me "you can sit and eat here" but suddenly bad male staff came to tell me to sit another table. You should much remember, good service, good speech will only attract prosperity. Then your business will prosper. Not directly selfish opinions to me. If you all service is bad and not up to standard.

ขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ของพนักงานในร้านค่ะ* นานๆทีได้นั่งมาทานที่ร้าน เจอเรื่องแย่ทันที ขอติพนักงานชายบริการแย่มาก เห็นแก่ตัว บอกว่าเดี๋ยวลูกค้ามาเยอะมาแค่2คนไม่ให้นั่งโต๊ะนี้ เสียรายได้ พูดแบบนี้กับลูกค้าที่กำลังนั่งอยู่ได้เหรอ หวงโต๊ะใหญ่ไม่ให้ลูกค้าเลือกที่นั่งเอง บางทีลูกค้าอาจจะมีเพื่อนมาเพิ่มก็ได้ ถึงจะมาแค่2คนอาจจะสั่งเหมือนมาทั้งรถทัวร์หรือทั้งairlineก็ได้ค่ะ จริงๆมันวิธีการพูดที่ดีกว่านี้ เช่นบอกมีคนจอง บรรยากาศตรงนี้ไม่น่านั่ง ตรงนี้ยุงเยอะ อะไรก็ว่าไป เจอมาพูดแบบนี้ก็กินครั้งเดียวพอ ร้านอื่นที่บริการดีกว่านี้มีเยอะแยะ ก่อนหน้ามีพนงญให้นั่งทานได้แต่อยู่ๆพนักงานก็มาไล่บอกให้ไปนั่งที่อื่น จำไว้นะคะการบริการที่ดี การพูดดี จะดึงดูดแต่เรื่องเจริญๆ แล้วกิจการจะรุ่งเรือง ไม่ใช้มาแสดงความเห็นแก่ได้ ความโลภซึ่งหน้า ทั้งๆที่บริการไม่ได้มาตฐาน (อ.มาลี said)

อีกเรื่องคนละคนกับพนงตอนแรก เป็นแรงงานต่างด้าวไม่รู้ชาติไหน แค่ถามว่าทำให้ไฟแรงกว่านี้ได้มั้ย ก็ทำท่าทางไม่พอใจ บอกว่านี่ก็แรงแล้ว สักพัก ยกกาน้ำร้อนเทน้ำซุปใส่กระทะเกือบจะโดนหน้า พอเรียกมาให้เติมน้ำซุปทำชี้นิ้วบอกให้ทำเอง บอกเลยถ้าเอาเรื่องแจ้งการปกครอง ดูซิจะรอดไม่รอด ถ้าเจอการคอมแพลนแบบนี้ ขอแนะนำเสริมเรื่องทำประชดลูกค้าแบบนี้ก็กลับประเทศไปเปิดร้านเองเลย กลับไปทำนิสัยต่ำๆกับภูมิประเทศของตัวเอง เอาสันดานบ้านตัวเองกลับไปใช้ที่ตัวเองเคยอยู่เลยไม่ใช้ออกจากสังคมตัวเองมาแล้วเป็นภาระคนไทย คนไทยสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ แล้วทำบริการไม่ได้มาตฐานแบบนี้ควรออกไป ก่อนไปต้องสำนึกได้แล้วว่ายังมีที่ให้ซุกหัวนอน ยังมีงาน มีเงินได้ใช้ ในประเทศไทยเป็นบุญหัวแค่ไหน (ส.ร. รุ่น๔) หมดคำจะพูด บริการไม่เป็น ไม่รู้จักที่ต่ำที่สูงก็ไม่ต้องมาทำงานด้านบริการ นิสัยเสีย...

Overall: One of top budget buffet you should visit once! One price for all, everything in the restaurant is all inclusive, no add on and no time limit! Also good view, the restaurant is right next to the river you can feel the breeze hitting your face all the time.

Great Riverside Dinner Experience – Local Vibes & Fresh Prawns!

Since we didn’t have a Thai phone number, we booked two riverfront seats through Facebook. First of all, the view was absolutely beautiful – dining by the river felt so relaxing and atmospheric.

As for the food, you can catch live giant river prawns straight from the tank – and it’s all-you-can-eat! The grilled pork belly slices were also incredibly tasty.

The waiter’s English wasn’t great, but he patiently waited while I typed what I wanted to say into a translator – much appreciated 👍

The place was packed with locals, and the turnover rate was really high. As soon as the people next to us left, a new family immediately took their spot.

The price was also amazing – just 755 baht for two people for an all-you-can-eat dinner. The whole restaurant had a lively, cheerful vibe. A great place to experience how locals enjoy...
