Jedi Café – The Force is Strong with This One😍
If Obi-Wan opened a café on Earth, this would be it.😂☺️
An all-white sanctuary — clean, calming, and light-soaked — with windows that frame the river like a living painting. But the real plot twist? A massive water monitor gliding through the scene, like a dragon blessing your caffeine ritual. Yes, we caught it on video. Yes, it felt symbolic.
☕️ The Jedi Latte? Divine. Velvet-smooth. Rich but not loud. It’s like the Yoda of lattes — wise, balanced, and unforgettable.
🛎️ Service? Lightspeed-fast and impeccably tuned-in. They don’t just serve you — they sense you.
🪵 Feature Highlight: Tribal Tray Ritual
What you see here isn’t just a drink. It’s a visual haiku.
An iced Jedi latte served not on a tray, but on a sacred landscape: Crushed pebbles. Natural stones. A black slate pedestal. A miniature wooden cart and acorn. It’s rustic. It’s reverent. It’s almost too sacred to sip.
“When coffee becomes a ritual, even rocks begin to whisper.”
This is the kind of presentation that slows time down — a caffeinated still life whispering its own philosophy. It makes you drink slower, look longer, and remember why you love places that give intention a seat at the table.
📝 What to Know Before You Go: • 📸 Go early for that natural light + river moment. • 🦎 Keep your camera ready — nature likes to drop Easter eggs. • 🧘♀️ Come when your mind needs silence, your soul needs caffeine, and your heart needs to...
Read moreJust a few meters from Wat Saket (The Golden Mount ), you can find this hidden little jewel of Bangkok: Jedi Caffee and Bar. Although it’s not in the average prize range of other Thai places or street food, the experience the place grants you with is definitely worth it! You’ll enter into a white, minimalist sanctuary, filled with coffee scent, relaxing music and very welcoming people. (Among other Thai places with great service, this also excels on that). You have two great options to stay. A) The very fresh indoor tables, perfect for a break from a touristy day and the many times overwhelming heat outside, if you are not used to Bangkok high temperatures. B) The Zen, súper relaxing terrace on the side of the canal, ideal for break where you want to relax, contact with yourself and nature , and even meditate. In the last option, you can hear the water flow, birds and boats from time to time; so, it compensates the warm weather. I had a great foamy Thai tea , which you can choose the level of sweetness. I had a fusion cheesecake with some Thai adaptations, such as the egg-yolk noodles which where nice. The dessert was too sweet for me but was very interesting and brought some traditional Thai processes into a new dish. I super...

(I did give a second chance for the shop 🥹 I went again for hot latte medium bean which you have to pay extra sad)
*First time they use towel to wipe the mug. Second time they do not wipe it at all as you can see from the picture 😐 I think barista should be more delicate as you sale this pricey coffee!
Staff could not identify between Matcha and Hojicha?
I ordered latte, staff says they run out of the normal bean that used for latte (medium to dark roasted) so they will use medium roasted bean this time for free. But the bean actually taste like medium to dark still, I think staff needed to improve on information that they given.
I saw the staff who wear sweatshirt using the towel wipe off the stain on my coffee cup..... this is a no-no. The staff SHOULD use new clean tissue, I will never know whether the coffee process is all clean or not. :(
Only one staff that look friendly in the shop, the barista who makes latte art. The rest of the staff did not even...
