We were at Chatuchak during noon and was hungry. There were several people trying to draw crowd into their restaurant. We just followed one of the girls and were seated. The tables were really small and tight seating but there is nice air conditioning to escape the heat of the market. We ordered a few items and of course being a tourist place, it was not cheap. After taking our order, we were asked where we are from. I gathered that they just wanted to know as part of conversation. Papaya salad was spicy though we asked for less spice. Tom yum soup was filled with prawns and I think the soup is a bit diluted. Oyster omelette was oily and the oyster does not seem fresh. Pad Thai was too sweet.
