Ummm I have mixed feelings for this restaurant… Loved it from the first visit and was coming to have brunch/ lunch/ coffee +cake or dinner every day while in Chang Mai. They have extensive menu, great selection of drinks, it’s a heaven for vegans and even non vegans will be able to enjoy their food and of course drinks. They have indoor seating with live music in the evening, different guys and girl’s singing, and there is a beautiful urban style garden inside. Garden has no laptops policy, but you can use it in the indoor are, however their WiFi is bad anyway. I’ve enjoyed food and style of the place a lot, including plants everywhere, central pond with fishes. But I rate it as 4āļø because of few reasons and it really breaks my heart: it’s very hard to get the attention of the waiters, even if there is no customers, they bring the food and leave you forever and don’t check if you need anything or if you want to pay the bill. So if you need anything, you need to go all the way and find them and ask for what’s needed. Guys are helpful and nice but should be some more healthy attention to the guests. Another minus is that I was ordering Thai dishes and asking for non spicy ones and it was all great. Until the last evening when I came to have my dinner before leaving Chang Mai. The waiter suggested rice noodles, I told that I need it not spicy and it came so spicy that I was not able to eat any of them. I’ve told that and he was kind to offer me another dish as first one was not edible for me. And I said, please, not spicy at all, please. Guess what, it came full of chili flakes, I tried to have it and tried to remove the flakes from the curry but it was so much there that was not possible to eat and not possible to remove them all. So disappointed. Hope the owners read the reviews and do something about it as the place is really amazing just needs a...

Good but frustrating. I typically order from downtown vegan using the Grab app. Recently, after processing my order, the restaurant notified me that an item I had selected was unavailable. They asked if I would take an equivalent alternative. I said yes. However, the restaurant canceled my order, which I did not learn about until later. When I tried to re-order with the alternative they suggested, that proved unavailable as well. Moreover, the promotional discount I had originally been offered was removed from my order so I was asked to pay more than I had been led to believe. OK maybe that’s partly though fault of Grab, I don’t know. But I am disappointed that the restaurant has removed one of my favorite items from the menu without explanation.

Another screwup on today’s order. I ordered the Mossaman curry bowl, but all I got was a package full of vegetables, and only some of the vegetables depicted on the photo on the Grab app.. No Massaman curry sauce was provided. So there was very little flavor to the dish. How do these mistakes keep happening?

All that said, while I am basically non-vegetarian, I do enjoy their power bowls, and used to enjoy their Powerball which they have disappointingly removed from their menu. Hopefully, One has a better experience when ordering at the restaurant itself, rather than...

Our fav breakfast chill spot serving amazing vegan dishes ! Very chill vibes sitting in the garden , positive start to the day 🄰

Food & Drink : Herbal Tea Mint , lemongrass , ginger Very good combo , clean herb tastes and a refreshing mint to cleanse the palate

Cappuccino with soy milk Just about right and not to strong with a bit of bitter notes.

Spicy Herb Ball Vegan larb tod , so good , so full flavoured. Anything deep fried with lemongrass is always good šŸ˜‹

Fried mushrooms & mala spices Not oily at all and the dipping sauce adds more depth to flavour we opted for no mala.

Khao Soi Lighter soupy consistency , would have loved it thicker but all good either way. Best to eat with the pickled veg and sliced shallot to enjoy the full spectrum of flavours.

Mushroom Steak Fantastic taste , very umami with a thick chickpea mayo me thinks. Large cuts of potato wedges . Dressing tastes like a mild ranch but not sure šŸ˜…

Fried Spicy Tofu Soft tofu with chilli , garlic n herbal salt . Salt melts on your tongue so u can enjoy the umami flavours as you bite into the tofu

Fresh Autumn Roll Served with spicy cashew mayo. Very fresh tasting

Policy : No laptop zone

Parking : Park at temples or kerbside...

One of my favorite restaurants in Chiang Mai. Probably visited it twice a week during my 2-month stay. The food tastes so fresh! The sauces are vibrant. And I love that they do not use MSG. It was a welcome change to eat healthier while in Thailand. Plus the portions are generous. Some of my favorite dishes include the Burmese tea leaf salad, the power wraps, Massaman curry bowl, avocado falafel bowl, black sesame seed pancakes, fresh summer rolls, and wood oven pizza. Favorite desserts were the Blueberry Lime cake and Black Forest cake. Also, the restaurant has a beautiful indoor/outdoor seating area with lush greenery that feels so romantic. The Live music featured is insanely talented. The staff is also really sweet... I was shy about using the bell provided on the table to call the staff, but honestly I think it’s the best way to get fast service… That way the staff does not need to hover over you. Highly recommended if you enjoy high vibrational foods.
