OM Hair Spa & Massage — Local services in Chiang Mai Province

I have to say, i am currently leaving the head spa super upset. I got the 65 minute package for a not cheap price- 699b. I got in the spa at 10:55, went up for my massage at 11:10, finished the massage and washing and was already dressed and blow drying my hair at 11:49. When i asked about the time and said it hasn’t been 65 minutes and maybe they got my schedule wrong and did the 45 minute treatment they got aggressive and said that the time included the tea time after the hair spa and before. They also said its because i have shorter hair. They started saying go to other places and see that this is how it goes- the 65 minute is like this blah blah and then just kicked me out saying they have another customer coming. I have to say for this much money I couldn’t be any more disappointed. Overall the massage was nice but paying for 65 minutes and getting only 35 minutes of massage the rest being getting dressed “having tea” and a blow dry is just a scam. I wanted to experience the head spa so I went for whole package. It started with a one hour massage in an area separate from that of the head spa area. The massage was very relaxing and calm. I usually like deep tissue, but they didn't ask me. I assume that because the head spa is to be relaxing then the massage is as well. However during the massage there were several phone calls and loud talking by the staff (I think). The beds are only seperated by curtains. So that was very distracting. Once the massage was finished I had to move to a different bed for the head spa. This was a lovely experience. She massaged my head, washed my hair several times and performed a facial. I enjoyed it. I am thankful that I brought my own hair cream and hairspray because after the blow dry I looked ridiculous. But my hair has never...

I wish I found this place earlier! I would have gone 2 or 3 times! We enjoyed the Have a Sweet Dream package which was facial, massage and hair spa. We were greeted warmly and given slippers and a client sheet to complete. Then we were directed upstairs to the treatment rooms. Gowns were provided and were generous in size. The treatment was professional, very relaxing and the products were high quality. We had no issues with sensitive skin. At the end our hair was dried beautifully and we were given tea and a sweet biscuit. If you are looking for a way to treat yourself with some timeout, this is the place to go. Its also excellent...
