Read moreWhat an amazing find! The restaurant looked full and we thought about finding another spot for dinner, when a server approached us and guided us to a recently vacated table near the kitchen doorway. The owner/chef came to our table and asked if it was our first time. Then she proceedes to tell us how she makes everything from scratch with fresh ingredients. She told us her dishes were not served spicy, but we could add as much of her homemade chile paste to taste. We started with passion fruit sodas (no extra sugar- none needed!) They were super refreshing. Next, we decided on an order of the fresh spring rolls. I'm so glad we did! We were so delighted with our meals. The broths were so delicious!! From the abundance of fresh vegetables in the soups to the tenderness of the noodles, everything was chef's kiss delicious!! I sampled the chile paste on its own- wow! The flavor profile was complex and, you guessed it, spicy! I'm sad we won't have time to go...
