Scenery here is beautiful. We stumbled on this and has some very interesting qualities. The walk across the bamboo bridge is scary but nice. Green leafs in water on one side and water on the other side. Great place for pictures! There are places to sit and relax as well that overlooks the water and to cool down. We saw a sign for certain times dedicated to chatting and talking with monks. There are also bricks on a table, and with a voluntary small donation in box, you can write a message on it which is set aside to later used for construction, neat! Even if it’s not to see the temples, we enjoyed walking and taking a stroll through here!

The encounter was unexpected. I finished some early exercise and some matcha latte that I had earlier, when I was done with the morning ritual I just started to roam around. On the left side of that corner I saw the entrance with colors papers and huge bong on each side and they literally attracted me. Then I got a step in and visited until I took off the flip flop. Entered with the highest humbleness in the temple where there was no one but pictures of old men who were monks for their entire life. Among them, golden buddha status and two local men working hard to work on the ground and others offering inside. I loved it

This place is one of those underrated tourist spots. It's easy to overlook and that makes me sad. When I visited, the place gave me a very serene feeling. When I visited though, there was construction going on since they are building more sleeping quarters for resident and visiting monks. The temple itself is not spectacular but the compound is what I'd like to highlight. The entire complex is an eye candy. There's a pond, a bamboo bridge and a walkway lined with bushes that are well maintained. It truly is a place for meditation. Please do not miss dropping by this place if you visit Chiang Mai.

This is one of the more hidden and lesser-known temples in Chiang Mai. From the outside, it looks quite small, but what really catches the eye is the large Buddha head and the old stupa beside it. The most surprising part is behind the temple, where you will find a peaceful little pond. There is a floating bamboo bridge that you can walk across, and underneath the bridge, there are many large catfish swimming around. It feels like discovering a secret corner, making the visit very special.

Pleasant and peaceful temple with monks available to chat with as they have a dwelling across the bridge for studying. The temple itself has new chairs inside if needed. The garden area has two bridges to explore on foot (one is bamboo) where sea life can be seen in the water if you're lucky. A small shop selling drinks and gifts is here too. It's free to enter but donating or buying something is encouraged. I was impressed with this place. It seems a less visited wat

There is much to admire at this wat even though it's not high up on the tourists map. The gardens are unique with lots of vintage agricultural tools on display. There is a prominent ancient stupa that has been well preserved and a huge fish pond with lotus, and bamboo boardwalks. If your on a walking temple tour of old Chiang Mai, this should be a destination as there are several famous and marvelous temples near by in all directions.
