Pure Vegan Heaven Chiangmai Old Town — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Pure Vegan Heaven is EXACTLY what this place is! I’m so happy to have ordered their food via the Grab app. My first dish was the Gluten Free Veggie Wrap! It was so good that I had to visit the restaurant. I went to the Old Town location for my first visit and I ordered the Gluten Free (Nori) Wrap AGAIN! Haha! It was EVEN better! And the presentation was GORGEOUS! I ordered a Burmese Tea Leaf Salad for takeaway. I had it the next day for lunch! It blew me away! It was savory, a little sour (not the bad kind lol), yet crisp and fresh! Ps all of the dishes are so VIBRANT in color!

I’m currently sitting in the Old Town location AGAIN having just had my 3rd Nori Wrap since last week! Haha! I add Guacamole to it and it’s the best Guac I’ve had in Chiang Mai thus far. Fresh! I saw not one brown spot in the avocado Haha! I ordered another Burmese Tea Leaf Salad and the RAWSOME Bowl to go! I have to stock up for lunch the next 2 days. 😉

I sat inside for both my lunch visits and the ambiance is very peaceful and comfy. Even more amazing than the incredibly fresh and delicious dishes, plenty of which I have left to try, is the SERVICE!

Tom & Noey are such BEAUTIFUL spirits! They were so kind and welcoming to me. I legit told them “I love you both” because I do! 😂😂 They served me love on a plate and through their energy! They answered all of my questions and were great at accommodating my dietary needs. They're personable, yet chill…like me! Haha! I’m Definitely looking forward to seeing them my next visit! Combined with the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a place that makes you want to linger.

Tips for visitors: Definitely head to the garden seating if you want a more tranquil setting. Portions are generous, and the smoothies and juices pair perfectly with the food. It’s also very central, so easy to stop by while exploring the Old Town.

So happy to have found this restaurant. We’d seen it on Google and thought we’d give it a try. The seating is peaceful and comfortable, though it can be a bit hot, but they have fans.

We ordered the tom yum soup and the mushroom burger. The tom yum was delicious and came with purple rice and a small salad. The burger was so good! Crispy on the outside and you can actually taste the mushrooms and beans on the inside - not just a mushy mess like some places. The sweet potatoes that came with it were good as well, and we loved the sauces that we used both for the potatoes and the salad.

The only thing we didn’t love were the big pieces of lemongrass and ginger in the tom yum, but the broth itself was so good and they fill it with mushrooms.
