A standout here is the T-bone paella —rich, deeply flavorful rice with a crave-worthy crusty bottom from rendered beef fat and seasonings. While the paella itself was sublime, the T-bone cut that day had an excessive fat cap (unacceptable for a dish costing 2900THB), marring an otherwise stellar dish.
