Misora Sushi Bar & Bistro — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

A good Japanese restaurant. Has both buffet and à la carte option available on the menu. Buffet here is by the order, not get up and fill up the plate type. Has two different prices at 690 and 790 baht included VAT and drinks. The more expensive one has additional food for you to ordered from the menu.

The quality of the food had been quite decent. Even though, some doesn't seem as fresh. There supposed to be two hours time limit for the buffet, but there wasn't time limit for when I was there, so that was good.

It was one of the thing that made me wanted to drive out of town to another great Japanese buffet restaurant that has similar price but has no time limit. Then I decided to gave this place a try as I've never been to before. Thumb up.

Most of the food on the menu does seem to focus on sushi and sashimi with many other things like fried food, donburi, shabu shabu, and other appetizers on the side. The sushi rice was a bit mushy, though. Wasn't quite a great experience.

Comparing to the near by Japanese restaurant that also has buffet option, the other one appeared to has higher quality food but also come with a higher price of 800 baht not including VAT, and seem to have less variety...

The place is beautiful as per picture really give off the high end vibes.The price is affordable for the buffet consist a variety of dishes.The amount is not overwhelming so can taste different kind of food.There are 3 ranges of prices respectively.I chose the mid range the nabe is a clear soup but is very flavourful and not too sweet.The air con at the place is quite cold.The serving is really quick not sure whether is there time limit as we ate more than 2 hours till we had our fill.The seafood sashimi are very fresh and tasty.I like how the sushi rice is well seasoned and without too much rice.The okonomiyaki is quite legit as I can taste a hint of ginger.The buffet price are exluded on the VAT of 7% just to note.The matcha ice cream is my favourite among the rest but I really love...
