Burger King - Boat Avenue — Restaurant in Choeng Thale

Always unprofessional staff here. I come in, wait in front of the register for couple minutes, the cashier is busy with something else, doesnt even look at me, doesnt say hello or anything. I think it was even a manager, as she was wearing a shirt and a tie. After I paid, nobody said thank you or anything, not even a smile. Every time I order just a burger, I mention The burger only but they still try to charge for the whole meal and I have to spend time explaining again that I only need the burger. I ordered coffee, but they dont give the sugar, have to go back and ask for it. Shame that such a popular branch lacks service that much. I know its fast food, but its not cheap at all, they could train staff better to provide...

Ordered with foodpanda. I’m less than 5’ minutes far from you and after driver picked it up passed 34’ minutes until he arrived! All was cold and uneatable. Of course they won’t give me a refund even if I had photos of the food in the garbage. I ate only a tiny part of the chicken burger, strong test of oil that’s been used thousands of times. So we’re not exactly the biggest fans of Burger King but today, out of convenience we got ourselves in the door and ordered the strangest thing ever from Burger King. Not their burgers and not their whoppers. Instead we got a big bucket of friend chicken because this is the first time we’ve heard of Burger King serving chicken.
