Shinkanzen Sushi — Restaurant in Chom Phon Subdistrict

I’m not usually a big fan of Japanese food, I’m more of a Korean food lover. But I decided to try Shinkanzen Sushi after seeing a promotion set for just 256 baht only on the Lineman app, which included 4 types of food. I’m not sure of their names, but they were delicious and surprisingly good.

Normally, I find Japanese food to be too bland for my taste, but this was different. The flavors were soothing and perfectly balanced. Even though I got it at a discounted price, the food was still fresh, clean, and of good quality. I was impressed that the discount didn’t affect the taste or presentation.

I loved it so much that I ordered for two consecutive days, and now I can’t wait to try their food in the restaurant. Highly...

อาหารโดยรวมถือว่าใช้ได้ หากเทียบกับราคาที่ไม่แพง ซูชิราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 11 บาท เมนู (แต่คิดว่าสั่งเป็นจานหรือสั่งพวกโรลคุ้มกว่า) ที่พอโอเคหน่อยคือซูชิเนื้อวากิว (37 บาท) รสชาติดี เนื้อชิ้นใหญ่ และซูชิหอยเชลล์สด (29 บาท) เนื้อสด หวานดี ส่วนซูชิตับห่าน ราคาถูจริง (69 บาท) แต่ได้ปริมาณไม่เต็มปากเต็มคำ ชิ้นบางมาก ไม่แนะนำ ไปท่นร้านที่ราคาสูงกว่าดีกว่า อีก 2 เมนูที่แนะนำ และสั้งอยู่บ่อยๆ คือ โรลแซลมอนซอสสไปซี่ (159 บาท) และ ซาชิมิปลสซาบะ (45 บาท) ให้ชิ้นใหญ่มาก รสชาติดี นอกจากนี้มีลองสั่งเมนูกุ้งหวานญี่ปุ่นดองซีอิ๋ว กุ้งคาวมาก ไม่รู้เป็นเฉพาะวันนี้หรือเปล่า แต่ควรปรับปรุงมากๆ

ทางร้านให้สั่งระบบออนไลน์ โดยการสแกนเมนู ระบบไม่โเคมากๆ พอสั่งหมวดหนึ่งเสร็จ จะต้องกลับไปหน้าหลัก ซึ่งโหลดไม่ขึ้น เป็นอยู่หรายรอบ สุดท้ายกลายเป็นต้องสั่งลงใบกระดาษ ยังดีที่พนักงานในร้านเห็น ก็รีบเข้ามาช่วยดูว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แต่แย่หน่อยตรงที่ต้องสั่งไม่ทั้งหมด

Overall the food is considered okay. If compared to the inexpensive Sushi. Sushi prices start at 11 baht (but I think it's better to order in a bowl or rolls might worth) Recommended sushi areshi "Wagyu beef sushi" (37 baht), combination was good taste, large pieces of meat and "Fresh scallop sushi" (29 baht), also fresh and sweet on top with fresh wasabi. As for who might interesting order "Foie gras sushi", even the price is really cheap (69 baht) but the quantity is not enough to fill your mouth, very thin. I don't recommend it. Another 2 recommended and I frequently ordered menus are "Spicy Salmon Roll" (159 baht) and "Saba Sashimi" (45 baht). They have special menu during my visit, I try ordering "Rae japanese sweet shrimp in soy sauce maki". The shrimp are very fishy. I don't know if it's just for today or not. But it should be improved a lot. So absolutely not recommended.

The restaurant will let you to order online by scanning QR code. Unfortunately the system is not very good (or may cause from lack of mobile signal. After ordering one section Must return to the main page which cannot be loaded. It keep going like this for abot 15 monutes... At the end, have to order on paper instead. But luckily staff is noticed and came quickly to...

Shinkanzen Sushi is located on Lv. 4 of Union Mall. Decent food with reasonable price.

Food takes very long to come served though. Staff are not very attentive. Food can be only ordered via QR Code only thru mobile phone. If you do not own a smart phone, then unfortunately you cant dine in.

Food itself is just ordinarly. Quite bland. Nothing special. But props to super variety of the menus though (more than 60 menus)
