The restaurant is allocated in a shopping mall, making it very convenient for shoopers and families wanting to have a meal after wrapping up for the day and my wife and I are among them. Visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening and we're the 2nd table in tthe whole restaurant, nevertheless we placed our order since we crave for some Japanese food for dinner that day. We ordered a unagi dish, garlic fried rice, 2 oysters and a froie gras with premium beef set. Food arrived shortly but was way below expectations, unagi was tough and actually chewy, froie gras with premium beef and rice were served cold, fried rice was salty and even the basic standard seaweed in the miso soup was not actually cooked well. I feedback to the staff after a bite or 2 of the froie gras with premium beef set and they took it back to the chef where he probably wemt to reheat the dish again, causing the froie gras to be burned and premium beef charred like bak kuah if you know what that is in Singapore and Malaysia. All the staff were looking towards my direction when they re-served the heated up dish and the only one who couldn't care less was the chef, good luck to the restaurant and I'll make sure never to return again(it's definitely not...

👍 Nice restaurant's decor and ambience. 🍴 Teppanyaki and Sushi 🍣 are standard but 🥗 Salad is 😞 unpleasant. Both salad dressing and crispy fishes are terrible sweet. 😞😅😭 Service here is hopeless. 2 tables are occupied but an easy request for separate mayonnaise from my salad was forgotten. Situation was caught my attention since when my salad bowl was hold and not been served to my table but instead waitress and chef discussed. Finally, walked to serve and said she forgot to tell the chef so she was sorry. What's an unprofessional. This salad is 300 baht though. Why should I accepted this bowl of salad after all. Answer is very easy... because I am just an easy going ordinary Thai people who don't want any drama in public.
