A decent option for those already at the hotel and looking for a pleasant meal without traveling anywhere. However, would not recommend for those aiming for high quality food.

The most redeeming quality of this restaurant is certainly its live music performance. I highly recommend you coming during 7 - 9 PM to enjoy the live music, as the one I got to experienced was really impressive. They are a simple duo of a singer and a keyboardist. Yet, both are so wonderful! Heavenly songs both in English and Thai.

The overall atmosphere is quite nice too. I saw a review about this place having lots of mosquitoes and got worried. However, from my experience, I only saw one mosquito and it quickly went elsewhere.

The service is alright, as I like the server's rare straightforwardness. That was quite refreshing.

The worst are actually the food and drink! For a 320 Baht (net price) beef burger, this was quite a let down. Not only that the flavor is really bland, the supposedly caramelized onions are so dry! Plus, although I was asked which level of doneness I want for my burger, it came as really well done - way too tough for my liking. The 130 baht (net price) orange and mango soda didn't live up to its price as well. It tasted no difference from boxed orange and mango juices. Moreover, it took roughly 25 minutes for only a single burger despite the restaurant being not even half full.

The restaurant adds 10% service charge and 7% tax, which I think makes sense considering the live music and all.

Overall, wouldn't return just for the restaurant itself but might revisit if I find myself already...

OK airport hotel restaurant at the Amari Don Muang in Bangkok. My wife and I ate here in January 2020. The atmosphere was nice, modern and new. The service was OK but a little slow. The food was slightly below average for Bangkok plus you had to pay higher than average prices as you were at a hotel. The biggest drawback of our experience was the abundance of many mosquitos throughout the restaurant. The wait staff did not seem to mind but I drove my wife and I crazy. We saw a British couple leave as soon as they say down claiming there were too many bugs and they would just order room service. Something to watch out for if you end up...
