Food is decent and the price you pay is to be expected in an airport.

The main concern is the staff members. The majority of them look like they do not want to be working. Sulky faces and not attentive to customer needs.

Fortunately for me there was a small waitress with short hair who made it up. One of my dishes did not arrive so I made her aware of it. She enquired with the kitchen and continously reassured me that the dish was on the way. 10 mins later it arrived. Would be a 1 star rating but she saved the day.

There also seems to be two sets of staff. One for the coffee (drinks) and one for table service. I would like to suggest to the management if the barristas are not allowed to carry out table service, get different uniforms for them. Customers may get the wrong impression that there are 4 members of staff just standing behind the drinks area while the rest of their colleagues are running around the shop. A different uniform may assist with customer understanding or at least clear some confusion. Ideally, all staff should serve tables but there might be a reason behind the management's choice.

Shame as it is a busy place but it is currently due to the lack of options that customers have at...

I Went in for a quick meal before flight and order Kaprao. After I ate it for about 20% of it I found hair in it, so I told the waitress and show her the hair. She doesn’t say anything much but grabbed the plate and the hair away and told me they will gave me a new one.

I personally don’t want a nee plate after returning it back like this cause I have a feeling that people in the kitchen are not gonna play it nice. And it turn out just like I thought

The 2 plate they gave me is full of chilis and oil And tastes so bad. (Yes, I still try it cause I wanna know how bad they did it)

I don’t feel like complaining as I don’t wanna ruin my own mood. So I ended up paid full price + service charge. What a jokes

Price also was wayyyyy too high and...

I would have rated it 0 star if that option were available.

The menu was dirty and filthy as hell.

The food was nothing special, even quite overly salty.

The service was slow as hell, as the staff kept using the phone. There were people calling but the staff did not even pay attention.

Nearly nobody worked there actually understand a single word in English (weird since it’s International Airport). It took us a while to ask them “how long” our dish could be done, and when I received the answer “15’ “, asking to cancel it was another pain. Obviously, they did not remember to make our dish, since there was a table arrived after us, order the same one and nearly finish their food.
