KABOCHA SUSHI @CENTRAL RAMA 9 (ชั้น B) — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

I l've been a long time customoer of Kabocha restaurant, usually at other branches. While this branch, which is located inside a shopping center , definitely lacks the atmosphere of standalone place, the food and the attention of staff still remain as good as I remember.

I'm always amazed how other restaurants with the same price range as Kabocha can't provide the same good service. I've never been let down by the staff even once!

The main food menu is as normal as other japanese restaurants, but I like the seasonal and fresh fish menu (a little expensive) that can give you a variety of choice in case you don't want to order the same...

ไม่แน่ใจว่า พนักงานไม่เข้าใจระบบคิดเงินหรือระบบมันงงมากจริงๆนะคะ แต่ว่าบิลผิดเยอะมาก

วางบิลมา 1999 บาทแบบราคาเต็ม ไม่ตรงตามส่วนลดในเมนู ราคาตามเมนูที่ออกมาคือ 1 พันต้นๆ แล้ว พนักงาน ร้านบอกว่า อันนี้ราคายังไม่ลด แล้วจะวางบิลแบบไม่ลดให้ลูกค้างงทำไมนะ ใส่รายการอาหารที่สั่งผิด สั่ง maguro เป็นคำ แต่ออกมาเป็นชาม ราคาต่างกันจาก 126 เป็น 436 บาท รีวิว google review ได้พุดดิ้ง ฟรี แต่หมดเลยให้เป็น castella ซึ่งก็คิดราคามาในบิลเหมือนเราสั่ง ทั้งที่คือได้ฟรี ไม่ได้สั่งน้ำเปล่า ก้มีคิดน้ำเปล่ามาด้วย

อีกอย่างคือ พนักงาน ร้านดูงงๆ อาจจะโปรเยอะหรืออาจจะใหม่ แต่คือ

เราถามว่าทำไมราคาบิลไม่ตรงกับเมนู ก็ตอบว่าราคาในเมนูเป็นราคาพนักงาน ซึ่งเราก็งงเพราะในเมนูไม่เขียน และราคาพนักงานคือราคาอะไรหรอ เรางง เค้าก็อธิบายไม่เคลียร์ เราบอกให้ออกบิลใหม่พร้อมส่วนลดราคาจริง ก็บอกต้องจ่ายเงินก่อนถึงจะเห็น เราก็ถามว่าแล้วจะต้องจ่ายกี่บาทค่ะ เค้าถึงยอมออกใบเสร็จราคาหลังลดแล้วให้

คือไม่รู้ว่าทางร้านวางระบบมาแบบนี้ เลยทำให้ลูกค้างง หรือเปล่าค่ะ เพราะงงมาก...

Luxury Thai a récemment visité Kabocha Sushi Bar, un restaurant situé dans le centre commercial Central Rama9 sur Ratchadaphisek à Bangkok. Ce qui distingue ce restaurant, c'est l'utilisation de poisson provenant du marché au poisson de Toyozu à Tokyo.

En ce qui concerne le service, Luxury Thai a trouvé qu'il était un peu hasardeux. De plus, l'espace dans le restaurant est assez réduit. Cependant, la qualité de la nourriture est indéniable.

Malgré ces quelques inconvénients, Luxury Thai recommande Kabocha Sushi Bar aux amateurs de sushi à la recherche d'une expérience culinaire de qualité. La fraîcheur du poisson, provenant du marché de Toyozu, est un véritable atout qui fait la différence.

N'hésitez pas à visiter Kabocha Sushi Bar pour déguster des sushis et sashimi savoureux malgré le service aléatoire et l'espace restreint. La qualité des ingrédients, en particulier le poisson en provenance directe de Toyozu, offre une expérience culinaire...
