We Love in America (Florida) & Bangkok! I’m an Mulit Award Winning Restauranteur. Today we stumbled upon a super cool industrial pocket of Bangkok.

Huai Khwang is often called the “second Chinatown” — a modern-day counterpart to Yaowarat, the city’s historic Chinatown. It’s a vibrant blend of Thai-Chinese families, immigrant entrepreneurs, and new-generation locals mixing tradition with bold urban creativity.

The food? Outrageously good — authentic, fiery, and unforgettable. And you know when you have to look at pictures of the menu? That’s when you know it’s going to be fire. 🔥

This was a true Anthony Bourdain experience — raw, real, and absolutely delicious.

The whole place gave me serious Osaka vibes. Can’t wait to come back and explore more —...

The staff can speak Thai, although not very fluently. The recommended dish is stir-fried string beans, which is delicious with steamed rice. The stir-fry is done in a Chinese style, emphasizing salty and spicy flavors with a slight smoky aroma from the wok. If you're in the area, it's...

The dumplings here are plump and juicy, with a satisfying chew to the skin and a flavorful filling that bursts with savory pork and aromatic seasonings. Dipped in the provided soy-based dipping sauce, they make for a comforting mid-afternoon snack.

The green onion pancakes are equally satisfying, with a crisp, flaky exterior giving way to a soft, scallion-studded interior. The pancakes have a lovely aroma and satisfying heft, making them a perfect accompaniment to...
