PROS: Very well located. Near the beach, the night market, many restaurants and bars, the Karon temple, the songtaews stop (local busses that go to Phuket-town), the Smart Bus stop (to go to the airport or to the beaches – stop is at the level of the Subway restaurant near the Karon Beach roundabout, on Patak road – 150 bahts for a one-way ticket to the airport). Room is basic but you have a fridge and a microwave which is very useful if you want to eat in your room. I had a room on the street side but the sound-proofing is really good and I barely heard the noise of the nearby bars and restaurants at night. Bed-linen smells really good. :-) There is a laundry service at the hotel (not sure but I think it’s 100 bahts/kg). Strong wifi connection. You have access for free to the spa and the swimming pool of the Pacific Club Resort and Spa. It is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Only good steak 🥩 I've had in Thailand in the past 6 weeks. You'll pay around 1000 baht for a 400g prime cut which is around the same as you'd Pay in Australia but the meal I ate was better then most places you'd buy a steak in Australia & that's saying something it's our meat most places here import from but they're buying cheap cuts & freezing it. I had to drive to dine here but it's less then 10 mins from Patong. Worth the drive I'm fussy with steak in my own country Australia where they get their prime cuts from. I love the fact that this restaurant does not import frozen meat it's chilled & sent by air. Good luck finding somewhere else you'll feel like your eating at a steak house in Australia. They pride themselves on being a real steakhouse....

I'm just reviewing the restaurant. Apparently they've been closed since Covid, but reopened recently. Because of this they're running an early bird discount (from 4 - 8pm) which is the main reason I went here because the usual prices are bit too high for me. But the food quality is really good. I had a pasta and a cake and they were both great. Cocktails too (altho maybe the cocktails and cake were a little too sweet). But I did enjoy the Pina colada made with fresh coconut. Excellent work. Also you can sit outside and there's live music at the bar next door. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish them well on...
