The hostess who took our reservation and shows us to our table is very friendly, but our waitress is very unprofessional. I ask her to clarify the Friday AYCE ribs and chicken, she shoves the menu back at me and says You read the menu. I reply the menu only show a pic of a plate of ribs and chicken and no written description, this went on for a few minutes and I gave up. The chicken breast is dry like a towel and tasteless. The ribs is very delicious, the meat slides off the bone tender, the garlic coated thick cut of fries is yummy. The first order comes with a chicken breast and 5 ribs. Beware there is a charge for a small bowl of extra BBQ sauce, but no charge for unlimited small cup of BBQ sauce 🤦🏻♂️ Advise to specific how many ribs when ordering additional ribs or they’ll serve you 2 ribs at a times. It is hard to get the staff attention for additional order of ribs. They won’t check back with us at all. It feels like they avoid us because we chose AYCE. In 90 minutes, we were only able to eat 1 additional orders of ribs. We decide to leave after failing to put in another order of ribs. The check came quickly 🤣. AYCE offer shouldn’t be...
Read moreI think I've been here now four or five times. Stumbled across it when I was looking for tacos, and I'm glad that I did. The food has been enjoyable every time. Expect to spend around 300 baht per plate, and between 100 and 200 for drinks. They have specials every night, as well as a happy hour drink selection.
Located down a small street walking distance from Karon beach. Environment is somewhere between a restaurant and a nice bar.
What really stands out for me at this location is the live music. Mia and Megan rotate evenings, belting out acoustic hits from the last 30 to 40 years. Both of these ladies have great stage presence and take an enjoyable dining experience, ratchet it up a few levels and turn it into a great evening.
Definitely worth stopping in you'll be...
Read moreThe food is INCREDIBLY SALTY. We went for a surf & turf all you can eat Wednesday night and asked for “less salt” for the second plate. If came so salty I barely could finish. I have a feeling that the waitress (short haired) just heard “salt” and told the kitchen to make it unbearably salty… unless it’s how it’s supposed to be so you don’t eat “too much”. I’m very upset as it’s a good food — steak, chicken, shrimp, but oh man… it was so salty!!! Either it’s a waitress’ fault or everything is pre-seasoned and comes over salted.
On a good side, music was nice and pins colada came in a big coconut and tasted good. Prices are rather high for Thailand but OK for “faring factor” — we spent just over 50 USD. I would’ve over the moon if the food was actually lightly salted...
