I brought my 7yo girl along to expose her to fine & creative culinary dining and Fuego is perfect for that. Venue - Entrance has a speakeasy vibe. Something new for my girl and she was surprised that that was the entrance to the restaurant. Bar stool only place surrounding the open kitchen which meant my girl gets to watch all the cooking in action and seated just like any patrons. Food & Drinks - Cusine was spanish with japanese influence and that extends to cocktails too. Had 2 gin based cocktail and 1 was with melon and the other with lychee. Cocktails rivals a lot of bespoke speciality cocktail bars in singapore even though its on the menu. Had 4 tapas and a seafood paella to share with my girl. Note we are both small eaters so this was jus right for us. Their tapas is where the japanese influence on spanish food shines. Had the uni, truffle pillow, monkfish liver, hamachi fishball with mushroom cream. Tapas is full of interesting flavours yet texture and palette still feels light and fresh like having japanese omakase and not heavy like the usual european cusine. Paella is more traditional with little twist to it but is executed extremely well like how one would expect to have in a good restaurant in Catalan. Hospitality - second to none. My girl chatted with the station chef all night. The head chef too after dinner service is almost over. Gave my girl complimentary desserts and me whisky shots.

If you’re looking for a chic little spot in the heart of Thonglor where design meets flavor, FUEGO is worth a visit. Tucked into one of Bangkok’s trendiest neighborhoods, this modern eatery delivers a dining experience that feels youthful, vibrant, and undeniably stylish.
Let’s start with the vibe: sleek interiors, moody lighting, and well-curated aesthetics make this a perfect backdrop for catching up with friends or casual socializing in a small group. It’s not your classic spacious dining room — think more along the lines of an intimate urban hangout — but that’s part of its charm. It’s the kind of place that feels tailored for the modern crowd who appreciates design just as much as dining.
The menu? A fun mix of creative dishes and comfort food reimagined with flair. Several plates hit the mark — flavorful, beautifully plated, and served fairly quickly. While not everything blew my mind, the hits were enough to leave a good impression. The drink selection pairs well with the menu, and the overall pacing of service was smooth and friendly.
That said, it’s not the kind of place you’d frequent every weekend — the prices lean toward the higher end, especially for portion size. But for a stylish night out, or to impress out-of-town friends with something a bit different and hip, FUEGO delivers.
Verdict: A solid 8/10. Come for the ambiance, stay for the bites, and bring your coolest friends. Just maybe not your...

My wife and I recently dined at Fuego and were overall pleased with the experience. The ambiance of the place is absolutely charming—perfect for a cozy evening out. The decor and atmosphere create a warm and inviting environment that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
The food, for the most part, was quite good. We particularly enjoyed the scallops beyond others. However, we did feel that a couple of the dishes could have benefited from a bit more seasoning to really bring out their flavors. This is a minor point, and I’m sure it could be easily adjusted.
Our main concern, however, was the volume of the music. While we appreciate a lively atmosphere, the music was so loud that it made it difficult to have a conversation at our table. It also made it challenging to hear the waitress and the chef when they were explaining the dishes, which was a shame because we were really interested in learning more about the culinary creations.
Overall, we had a pleasant evening, and we believe that with a few small adjustments—particularly with the music volume— Fuego could provide an even better dining experience. We appreciate the effort put into the food and atmosphere and look forward to returning...
