Read moreI visited just after 1pm on a Tuesday lunchtime. The restaurant is situated about ten minutes walk away from Sukhumvit MRT. I saw that there were lunchtime specials which looked good but I'd skipped breakfast and had quite an appetite. I ordered chicken samosas, chicken vindaloo, jeera rice and garlic naan bread. The samosas were delicious, packed full of filling and light pastry, accompanied by two different sauces. I'm glad I skipped breakfast because the portions are extremely generous, certainly more than enough for two adults. The chicken vindaloo wasn't too over the top spicy but full of flavour with plentiful moist pieces of chicken and soft to the bite potato in a rich sauce. The jeera rice was fluffy and the freshly made garlic naan hot and crispy. With a bottle of water the bill came to 420 THB which I thought was fantastic value for the amount of food that was served. I realised I could have taken away leftovers after I finished but will know for next time. If you're a couple, give it a try because one meal will feed two so you could even add more side dishes if you can handle it . Great service and you can pay by cash or QR code, no...
Read moreI am new to the Asoke area and while receiving Panchakarma treatments I needed a place that serves food acceptable for my dosha. I tried all the vegetarian dishes from this restaurant during the first 2 weeks and loved them all. If you enjoy flavor and spice, this is your place. What I appreciate most is the customer service. It is 5 ⭐️. I had been using Grab to deliver my meals. One day I went into the restaurant. The owner explained the menu and meals to me and let me know that they also provided free delivery service. He gave me their business card. The next day, Grab cancelled my order after 2 hours of waiting because they could not find a driver. I remembered the business card and sent the owner a text. He personally took AND delivered my new order within a few minutes! He also saved me money by sharing its best to order directly through the restaurant. This gave me peace of mind knowing that I could depend on my food arriving so I could eat on time during my therapy. Once my Panchakarma is over, I look forward to continuing my weekly orders and Ayurveda journey with Bombay Masala Indian...
