the official website stated that for luggage storage in Terminal 21, it’s free for the first three hours. For extra hours, it will be counted under one day price. I trusted the statement, and I planned to go terminal 21 for shopping with my luggage before my flight, considering awful traffic in Bangkok. However, the staff said that the website is not updated and there are no such measures now, without feeling sorry. I would have a different plan if I didn't trust that claimed trustable company. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING ON WEBSITE AS IT MAY NOT BE UPDATED, and providing updated information surely not in their service.

We dropped our luggages on 22nd April in the morning & wanted to send it to DMK airport as our flight was at night. We were told by Pol that our luggage should arrived at the airport by 6pm. We paid 508baht (RM65 on 1/05/25) for 1 small cabin luggage & 1 medium luggage which is a decent price as we wanted to move around easily without our luggage. We arrived at the airport around 4pm & our luggage arrived earlier than expected! Also very good service by Pol! We actually met him at their store in Chatuchak & it was a coincidence that we met him again before we flew back! To my fellow Malaysians, just drop your luggage here & wonder around freely! I am so grateful and thankful to this company~ they have been the biggest help to me. I used their service last week and it was wonderful, but my husband lost his small bag with his phone and wallet ( he forgot it on the counter)
and I was able to chat with the agents and they were soThey worked very hard to find the bag and let me know! They processed everything pretty fast and sent the bag to Korea for us.
