Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place

We visited this restaurant in Bangkok for Korean BBQ, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. The staff did not speak any English and made no effort to explain how anything worked. We were left completely on our own without guidance, and the servers barely acknowledged us the entire time.

The food was even worse. The meat was inedible—poor quality, badly prepared, and lacking any flavor. For a place that claims to specialize in Korean BBQ, this was unacceptable.

The lack of basic customer service and the low quality of the food made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better options in Bangkok that actually value their customers and serve...

Yesterday, my friend and I visited Seoul BBQ restaurant and had a disappointing experience, mainly with the meat. We chose the 349+ BBQ buffet with a 50 refill drink. While some side dishes, like Korean fried chicken and spinach salad, were delicious, the meat had a bad smell and was inedible—which is unacceptable for a BBQ restaurant. Additionally, the fried squid had something hard inside, and some ice creams were tasteless.

Despite informing two staff members, no proper action was taken. On a positive note, the ambiance was nice, and the food display was well-organized. Great selection of everything and even ice cream! Much better for me than Viking who practically ruined two days of my trip. The price is ++ with vat and 5% added on. I wish they just put what it is. I've posted pictures of the signs and stuff. You can over stay with a penalty. As we were 2 we didn't need it this time. Be aware they do close early as most do so arriving at 8 pm is risky as they shut at 10pm. This was the problem with Viking who told us to come at 8:30! With no time to eat! It's also CASH OR QR ONLY HERE. No card! That's just rubbish for a tourist who can't do QR. So...
