The only good aspect of this place is the food, which tastes amazing but is overpriced. The service is horrendous— the server had an attitude and struggled to communicate effectively. Communication and customer service should be the core values of any business, yet this place fails in both. They even charge a 7% service fee, but the service doesn’t reflect that at all. The karaoke system is outdated and missing a lot of songs. The room is old and need some works. I will never return to this...
