The welcome was warm and it is also English spoken here. At the beginning you get traditional SPA "slippers" - pretty and functional. I wanted to do a reflexology massage to forget about the many miles I've walked through the city.

First, one's feet are washed and then - thank God - on request, without the help of a massage wood to be massaged with the desired pressure. The foot reflex zone massage was very professional and pleasant and also here is really an hour massaged, which is often not the case.

After that I treated myself to an hour of head and back massage. The highlight was the massage with the help of "Tiger-Balm" and oil - the goal was to release tension in the back - the price was 400 THB (350 THB without "Tiger Balm").

Now you have to know that a proper massage in Thailand should always be done only with the hands, as soon as elbows or even knees and feet are used, the masseur / masseuse is often unable to work hard enough with his hands and this was the case here.

Unfortunately, most of the time my masseuse did not work with "Tiger-Balm" and oil, but she massaged it with a rather thick towel on the back - you can make that to the beginning ... ... in the warm-up phase ... or towards the end to remove the oil but otherwise in my opinion should the massage made directly to the skin.

But as the foot reflexology massage was so good, I went once back to the rest and relax massage.

This was my luck because to my delight I had then one of the best massages in a long time. My masseuse, Khun Nok, is a real professional - she is able to adjust to the guest and quickly finds any tension, always taking care of painful areas. That's the way it should be, which is why I have been to the rest and relax massage many times since then.

I can recommend this young and aspiring company to others - here they work clean and orderly.

We have visited this massage center 2 times - first on 4th september and it was the best massage we have done in Bangkok, made by Honey and Pam. Paid by card with no problem. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The next day in the afternoon I came again, and was shocked with the service they gave me - I told them politely I need to rest for a while after massage because I felt very dizzy, in 5 minutes the lady came to me demanding to leave the place because she had other customers to serve, even though the beds on the whole floor were empty. Then, the payment. They refused to accept my card because the owner was not here and payment machine she said was not available. After I said I don't have enough cash, the lady was irritated even more, started talking to me in Thai and other thai ladies began laughing with god knows reason which was not nice at all. Finally, she took it out from the table and charged my card. Why to make all that drama and tell me lies just because you are afraid to use it in 21st century - still a big questionmark. In the end, I was standing in front of her waiting to offer me tea as they usually do, but the lady turned her back. When I was about to leave she pointed on the table saying "this is your tea" and went out of a room. Dear owner, your place is one of the best in Bangkok, I wish you to grow and develop your business, but your staff is arrogant and spoil all the efforts you put...

I had a Neck & Shoulder Massage with Herbal Cream at plus 2pm. I took the 1 hour and 30 minutes package. The bed is already too hard and the therapist I forgot the name add a strong deeply strong pressure using her elbows throughout the session too strong on my upper back, lower back, shoulder and neck muscles which I endure till the end session along the way the strong pressure was too uncomfortable that I had to keep saying to her it’s feels painful and every minutes passed when it comes to a pressure too strong on certain parts on my body that I couldn’t take the pain as the muscles was too worsen to endure and she did not listen to what I’ve said to lighten the pressure. About to end the session, the HOT WET TOWEL is extreme too HOT to place on my neck skin which is a bad experience till I say STOP ENOUGH. The towel is already extremely HOT and expect me to be okay with that. Till the session finished with a bad sore and I had uncomfortable experience walking with a normal posture PLUS I COULD NOT EVEN CARRY MY BACKPACK ON MY BACK AS PER NORMAL and lying on my hotel room bed is a nightmare to sleep plus whenever I wanna move my back, the sore worsen as hours passed and my neck are stiffer in pain that all my muscles joints that I did have on the session are painful and this is the worse pain from a massage place I have for good reviews to come...
