Tonsai serves a smaller niche of tourists than Railay, so there are few restaurants outside of the resorts. I'm so glad my group decided to try this place; the fish salad was one of the best meals I've had in the two times I've been to this area. Sizable, perfectly cooked piece of deep fried fish topped with the usual Thai salad ingredients and sauce. The Morning Glory was also delicious. And it was very affordable at 200 baht total.
