Freedom Bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Really nice place. Pricey drinks! I’m not really happy about the service, particularly about a gentleman behind the bar, he was rude and he made fun of us, just because we ask the closing time. Make me seriously unhappy!!! But with a kitchen like that, a buffet so cheap, and a spectacular view, you gonna forget about some bad behaviour. The way you treat the guest, for me it’s more important than everything else! But at this stage I must admit that I was really enthusiast of that place. The gentleman and the lady in the information centre (maybe the owners) were really nice to us, making some good deal with kayaks and ferry. Really good advice like, come back at a certain time (just before the low tide)...5* with better behaviour...

This is the structure furthest south on Tonsai beach/bay, built into/under the cliff. All of the "Ladder" rock climbing routes start right off the front porch and some have rappels that drop onto the roof of this place. Not a fan of buildings right against natural features. ambient music adds to the climber-focused vibe here. Toilets are rustic - buy a drink to use. Lots of trash strewn against rocks makes this place feel...

It is some expensive, but the quality of the cocktails are good. It is a good place to go in the nigth and some times they have a special events. You can use the pool table. The wifi from the hotel don't has a reception...
