Terrible Service, Food Poisoning, and Hygiene Issues - Avoid at All Costs!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was so bad - from awful service to serious food safety concerns - that I feel obligated to warn others.

First, the service was painfully slow and unprofessional. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. We ordered thai food and waited for it 50 minutes, despite the restaurant not being busy. When it finally arrived, it was cold, poorly presented, and tasted off.

To make matters worse, we found a hair in our food. When we politely informed the staff, they barely reacted, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer to replace the dish. It was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the worst part came later - we both experienced severe food poisoning within 3 hours of eating here. Given the poor hygiene we experienced, it’s no surprise.

If you value your health and expect even basic customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are plenty of better and safer...

I don't understand the poor rating and negative comments, as we've been to this restaurant three times and absolutely loved every meal! The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly (like almost all Thais). On our second visit, we were greeted like friends, which made us feel even more at ease! The view is breathtaking, and the food is delicious! Today I had minced chicken with herbs for lunch, and despite its simple appearance, it was an explosion of flavors and one of the best dishes I've had in Thailand (we've been traveling here for almost two months and have already eaten at several restaurants). This place will definitely be on our TOP 10...

I was worried from many negative review here, but eventually it was fine👌

We ordered Tom Yum Koong clear soup, Tofu pork soup and Italian soda passion fruit. Taste was ok, fresh Shrimp was tasty. Italian soda was too sweet but that's normal in Thailand. I think if you order Thai food, it's fine. (I don't understand why people order Western food like Beef steaks in small local island 😹Here is beach and Thailand! )

Atmosphere here is amazing. Chill vibes. The view of cliff is dynamic! I enjoyed watch people...
