Burger King - Ao Nang Krabi — Restaurant in Krabi Province

After two weeks of eating in Thai restaurants with excellent food, we stopped here before our flight. It is absurd that the menu here costs 2-3 times the price of food in local restaurants, but we accepted that. It was the only food we had since breakfast at the hotel, not counting bottled water. A few hours after the visit, the youngest daughter started vomiting and gradually we all started, including diarrhea. At the airport, on the plane, upon arrival. We are now in a clinic in Dubai, we have had two injections and an IV because even after 5 hours nothing has improved. I’ve been to BK in many countries. This one is not the best but also not the worst. Somewhere around the middle. (The worst one being a BK in east london where staff physically attacked eachother in between preparing meals for customers).

Eating at BK in Thailand is nice if you’re craving for some variaty and have already been eating the local dishes for 2 weeks straight.

We were an Asian group. When our food was ready, a staff yelled out our number and we had to go grab our order from the counter. Behind us was a table of 2 caucasian women - they had ordered their meals and what shocked me most was that on TWO OCCASIONS, a BK staff actually DELIVERED the food to the table of caucasians behind us.
