Our overall experience is never to go back there again. Given 3 stars because I never give 2 stars. Rather than giving comments about the food, I would give suggestions to owner of the place to improve their business, if he or she wants to improve business. Don’t pay in credit card or pass your credit card to them, rather go to the credit card terminal yourself to make payment.
Replace the 2 touting guys on street level at entrance of restaurant,Replace with 1 welcoming lady and welcoming guy , greeting guests and passer by to try the food.
All waiters and waitress should be given a uniform t shirt with restaurant name to wear, everyone working there were wearing their own clothes from home, you have no idea who is who .
Update their menu into 3 separate menus for Indian, Thai, European foods, give the right menus based on guest interest. Better still focus on Indian food, seems from review here Indian food well commented. And Thai and Eurepean food are poor reviews , drop Thai food, there are many better competitions next door.
Do something to fix the 3.1 reviews score, the surrounding restaurants all above 4.4. Like fixing the food quality. Having 3 different chefs each specialize in one type of food. Now is like one chef does all 3 types of foods.
In India, there is only male waiters , in Krabi Thailand , all male waiters looks like a unsafe place to eat dinner lunch. You could have waitress serving family or couples guests, and waiter to serve all men guests tables, if safety of waitress is a concern.
Sack the person at the bill counter, not trained at all how to present the bill , being handed the bill with total stare and silence is like a unsafe experience and perhaps maybe it was the boss of restaurant.

Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service and the food.
Mostly the 5 star reviews are given by the people from the other countries. Indians know how it actually tastes.
We ordered for the roti platter with 2 sides and an egg omlette.. Seriously did you pour 1 litre of oil in the omlette? I almost puked with the amount of oip that was there in the omelet.. When i asked the men there to change it for me.. He wiped off the excess oil and gave me back the same omlette.
Next was aloo gobi masala.. We found chicken inside the aloo masala.. Ordered for mughalai chicken with egg. The one i got had the raw egg poured on top the masala was yellow in color and extremely sweet when i asked the guy he said mughlai chicken will be sweet.. Come on its a yogurt based gravy who said it will have a ton of sugar? When i said i need it spicy.. He jus added chilly paste and gave it back to me.. Poor ambience, poor food, poor attention towards the customer, worst attitude towards customers. Since it is a tourist place and people keep coming you guys are least bothered about the customer satisfaction? Such irresponsible management who doesn't even wanna correct or change. I would 100 percent not recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. People will die of heart attack if they eat such oil filled food from your restaurant. We wanted to have a nice dinner evening and it was the worst. Having a menu of 20 pages alone won't help try to make good and healthy food.
There are so many indian chefs who make the most delicious food waiting for jobs in india and you have the worst cook ever for your restaurant.. Why don't you throw them out and offer employment to the REAL CHEFS if you need good name and business and...
Read moreThe worst service experience I've ever received in my life to date.
During my time travelling Thailand, I enjoyed a lot of local cuisine and was offered great service along the way.
This experience, however, left me with literal scars for life. We were persuaded to come in by the head of house and upon being seated, we were told that we must try the restaurants speciality dish. I agreed, and the dish was brought out on a boiling hot metal dish with chicken in boiling hot oil on top. The waitress spilt the oil across the top of my leg where I had been seated, and the oil seared 3rd degree burn wounds into my leg. Unfortunately, this is not the worst part of the story. While in quite a lot of pain, I got a wet cloth to dab on my leg and went to the nearby pharmacy where I got ointment to use on my leg. This cost just 300 baht. I got back to my seat and attended the meal while in some pain with my friends. After the meal had finished, the head of house came down with the bill. The bill was not discounted in any way, shape, or form. In disbelief I asked the waiter what the deal was and he came back with just a 10% discount on the bill, still in disbelief I then talked to the head of house who assured me that we needed to pay the rest of the bill and that they had no entitlement to discount anymore from the bill or pay me back the 300 baht that I paid for the ointment I got for my burns. After what was a back and forth for more than 20 minutes, they decided to give me my dish for free and the payment for the ointment.
I've given 1 star out of 5 here, but I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here unless you want...
