Freedom Bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

We ordered 2 drinks & 1 burger incl. fries. The drinks & only the fries were delivered without the burger. Immediately after that also cashed out, the full amount including burger. The service took the bill with her after paying. When asked that the burger was missing, they said it was still coming.

Well, it didn't come & due to insufficient English, clarification was not possible. We were brought a burger that we should have paid for a second time... We refused then. Due to this incident, we cannot recommend this bar.

Otherwise a good location, with live music and right in front of the beach. Too bad about the incident, otherwise there would be...

Very nice beach bar, chill live music in the early evenings until around 7pm, then fireshows and standard but fun pop music party. I found the staff very friendly. The management should try to reduce the bar's impact on the environment given that the place is right on the beach. It would be good to not give out plastic straws as many end up in the sand and water. Making the toilets free would avoid having so many people go straight in the sea. The fireworks on Christmas are probably not such a good idea in this fragile ecosystem and the kerosene from the fireshows should not make it into the sea. With that it would have 5 star...

No doubt this is one of the best beach side bars in Phi Phi. Great music and ambience. But but, the servers and bartenders are letting this place down. I have been to hundreds of bars and pubs, but haven't seen this level ill mannered and disrespectful bartenders in my whole life. Loud music, drunk people comes within the job responsibility in this kind of places, if you can't handle this, then leave this job. I am not spending my money to get this kind of treatment. Never going back.

Message to the owner/ manager, if you wanna save the reputation of your bar, please fire those 2 female bartenders who was on duty on January...
