Breezy evenings, sunset skies, rooftop bars and pretty authentic food are what this Indian restaurant is all about. Located along the main street of Ao Nong, just across the road from the Sea Beach Hostel, I found the food excellent and authentic to my South Asian palate.

Being a vegetarian, I highly recommend the paneer saag (creamed spinach and cottage cheese which had the perfect blend of spices) and the cheese naan bread. Both one of the best I have ever had. A fresh mango lassi topped off a chill, breezy night beating the heat on the delightful roof deck of this Indian restaurant. The atmosphere was quite relaxing to catch a cool, distant sunset after a hot day at the beach. Thai food is also on the menu, which seems par for the course of most Indian restaurants in the Ao Nong, I found.

The staff are well spoken, professional and friendly and the price range at this dining spot is medium range. It has a casual relaxed air to it with excellent service and a slightly more upmarket feel from the menu and extensive list of cocktails, mocktails and fresh fruit juices on offer.

The Indian chef recommended the following dishes to me as well: samosas, tandoori prawn masala, fish tikka masala, chicken tikka masala, chicken Hyderabad biriyani (spicey), garlic naan, garlic cheese naan and tandoori roti.
