Aonang Rialto — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Looking forward to a birthday meal with my twin and our hubs. We ordered steaks, my sister husband ordered pizza and mine ordered pasta. Pizza came out first THIRTY MINUTES before any of our meals as we watched him eat, no one came and checked on us. When questioned the waiter said they had a trainee chef and he had to redo our steaks (BS) we both ordered T bone medium rare. My husband pasta came out and we waited another five mins when our steak eventually made it to the table. Mine was so over cooked. My sisters was med rare but still tough. I sent mine back ( at tbt850 I want it the way I ordered it) waited nearly ten mins. By this time my husband and sister had finished their meals ( my twins husband obviously finished 25 mins before). When I got it, it was seared but blue/raw on Inside. I sent it back and they offered to cook it again but my stomach had took a dove at the site of cold raw meat on my plate. Told them I was not paying for it. Worst birthday dinner in my life . They have no idea how to cook let alone run a kitchen or bring your meals out at the same time. Literally the worst restaurant in entire Krabi area. We were here thinking of having Italian food for dinner and honestly going here was the worst decision as a group. The chefs don't think they know anything about cooking , the staff are rude and they have 400 items on the menu. We ordered spinach spaghetti and broccoli spaghetti which was interesting by itself but the food that came following the order was by far the worst Italian pasta. There were literally 2 broccoli flowerettes and 2 leaves of spinach in each with the same canned tomato bases. Never go here. We cancelled the pizzas and some other customers had the same opinion sitting behind us. We paid for what we ordered and left.

Found two pieces of plastic in the food! Ordered a vegetable burger and a Cheese Burger(Non Vegetarian). When the server brought the food, he wasn't sure which was which so had to ask another server to confirm. Half way down the vegetables burger, we found two small pieces of plastic which resembled more like scales of a fish. When confronted the server seemed to be confused. He went and asked and just said that the amount has been removed with an air of nonchalance while giving the bill.
