Absolutely unacceptable experience — would not recommend.
The staff were shockingly unprofessional and harassed me, my mother, my partner, and our 8-month-old baby. We were served what was essentially raw meat, which we sent back three times, and it still came back undercooked. My partner couldn’t eat it at all and had to get food elsewhere.
We were more than willing to pay for the food and drinks we did consume, but we clearly explained that we would not pay for the inedible dish, which posed a clear health risk. At that point, the staff became aggressive — shouting at us, with one person claiming to be the manager insisting that if we ordered the dish, we had to pay for it. They argued that we “knew what we were ordering,” even though nothing indicated the food would be served raw.
We paid the full amount minus the one inedible dish and left to continue shopping. Shockingly, the staff began following us around, then called security. We calmly explained the situation — the security personnel, and even some bystanders, understood our point of view. However, the staff escalated the situation further, yelling at us and making xenophobic comments, referring to us as “foreigners.”
As we tried to leave, things turned frightening — one staff member tried to physically stop us by reaching into our baby’s buggy and attempting to take our child. My partner had to step in and firmly tell them not to touch the baby. Only then did they back off. Still, they followed us all the way to our car (3 staff members on one motorcycle) and tried to prevent us from driving away whilst filming and screaming at us.
This was an incredibly distressing experience that left us shaken, humiliated, and deeply upset. We have submitted a formal complaint to the company and hope they take urgent action regarding the behavior of their staff.
We strongly advise others to...
Read moreAbsolutely shocking experience – unsafe food and aggressive behaviour.
We had lunch today (11 June 2025) at The Pizza Company in Vogue Krabi Shopping Center. I was with two other adults and an 8-month-old baby. One of our dishes was steak, which arrived completely raw inside — even after asking for it to be cooked well done twice. It remained uncooked and unsafe to eat, yet the manager insisted we must pay for it just because we ordered it. We paid for all other items and simply declined to pay the 269 THB for the inedible steak.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager and several staff followed us through the mall, shouted at us in public, and even chased us on a motorbike when we tried to leave by car. We were harassed at KFC where we went to buy food for the person who couldn't eat. Staff loudly spoke in Thai using the word “farang” to draw attention from other shoppers, and one staff member tried to grab the baby from the buggy — completely unacceptable and terrifying.
This was not just poor service — it was threatening and dangerous. If you value safety, especially if you have children, I would strongly advise avoiding this place.
We have submitted formal complaints to the shopping centre and consumer authorities. Restaurants must be held accountable for both food safety and basic...
Read moreTHE NEGATIVE: Like many have already said, you won't get any pleasantries from the staff. As if they were forced to work there. They didn't greet us or even look at us. Totally opposite from other places in the land of the smiles. And this goes for all 3 staff members is my picture. The only thing that they said was "chicken is fini" meaning that they had no more chicken. It was 3 pm, weird. Waiter did not even apologize or say sorry. Waiter brought the check at the same time with drinks, which was bizarre. Like they wan't to get rid of us. Or make as little contact with uscas possible. I quite liked that as we finnish people are so anti-social :D Glass was almost full of ice (3/4) so there was only 0.25 of cola. Ask for small amount of ice (I'm not sure that they would understand english).
THE POSITIVE We ate only appetizers, they were delicious. Place is clean and...
