Green House Hotel — Hotel in Krabi Province

Hier sind wir um 500 Bath betrogen worden. Das ist nicht viel Geld, leider aber über die Kreditkarte gelaufen. Betrug geht gar nicht und mit der Kreditkarte schon gar nicht. Was war, wir hatten im Vorfeld einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel über das Hotel gebucht, dafür wollte das Hotel als Sicherheit unsere Kreditkarte haben. Wir haben den Transfer am Abend der Ankunft sofort bar gezahlt und Tage später, wo wir nicht mehr direkt reklamieren konnten wurde der Betrag noch einmal über die Kreditkarte eingezogen. Alles anschreiben hat nicht geholfen. Wir haben nun einen Betrugsstrafantrag gestellt, der international verfolgt wird. Here we were cheated by 500 Bath. The room was big and clean. Air con worked well. Daily housekeeping. Water bottles, kettle, fridge, safe, shampoo, soap, cotton buds and shower cap. We had a double bed and one single bed. Night lamp for reading. The towels however did not smell fresh even when changed daily. Only one power point near the tv and one near the dressing table in our room. Hotel offers motorbike rentals for 200 baht but they were old including the tyres. Funky crab also does bike rentals with newer bikes for same price. We didn’t end up hiring one at all. We arrived here by bus. Songtheaw charged us 50thb per person to Krabi town. We found out later in Krabi that it is only 20 baht to Krabi town when we asked at the songtheaw bus stop. All night markets in Krabi town is within walking distance and open every night. Our favourite is black crab night market. The weekend walking street night market is great. We asked reception how much by songtheaw to Ao Nang. The girl said 100 baht per person or 500 by taxi. So we took a Grab for 232 baht. Long tail boat to Railay is 100 baht or 200 return. We went by songtheaw back to Krabi town for 60 baht per person. We later found out at the songtheaw stop in Krabi town sign said 50 baht (60 baht after 6pm). Not happy with reception girl for the wrong information. Ao Nang beach also has walking trail to Monkey beach. Maharaj morning market short walk away. Two vegetarian restaurants within walking distance. The one near walking street was the best. Vogue shopping mall has supermarket, 50 baht second hand clothing down stairs. Small food court upstairs. Put money on card for purchases. Grab to bus...

The hotel is okkiesh. If the management is reading the review and cares, kindly train your staff and tell them to contact on the phone number they take while we Checkin, if we leave our belonging by mistake in the hotel instead of waiting for us to recollect and ring you again and again, waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Many who travel might not be from Thailand and the staff contacting us could be of great help and hospitality.

Only one socket point in the room making it extremely difficult from practical point of view. The room size was good but staff was okkiesh. Even if you stay for 3 nights, they don't give you any discount on direct booking which is so bad (800 THB/ day) . One good point was lobby was good and they had a Pc ( computer) though slow for usage of all guests with slow free Internet and the two wheeler could be rented directly from the hotel itself at...
