food is unreal but the wait time is ridiculous

I feel like it’s so ridiculous that i suspect its done on purpose to create a large queue and create spectacle for the people walking past

the lady making the food is taking orders, refilling sauces & taking payment and doing the change one person at a time

they badly need a third person bad for taking orders

it’s literally painful to stand there and watch how they do it

The men working the bar standing there doing nothing could be taking orders to speed up the process when they aren’t making drinks

(which doesn’t seem often as the main attraction is the food)

Wait time is ridiculous, enraging in fact

but it’s also kind of worth it because food is...

We tried both the Falafel Pita and the Shwarma Pita, and let me tell you… they were heaven in bread form. Perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and clearly made with a whole lotta love (and probably a little magic). You can taste the heart in every bite.

I’ve had falafel before, but this? This was a crunchy, fluffy, saucy masterpiece worthy of a standing ovation. If there were a Michelin star for “Making You Smile Like an Idiot While Eating”, Queen Falafel would have three. 😄💫

This was by far the best food we had north of Chiang Mai – no exaggeration. Go hungry, leave happy, and maybe even consider moving to Pai just to eat here every day. Long live...

Food is incredible here! 10/10, absolutely would recommend to eat here. Pita bread, hummus, chicken shawarma, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, onion, shug, garlic sauce… and their shug is spicy! So good that I had to intentionally eat slow so I could enjoy the taste for just a minute longer. Owner and wife are so nice and friendly as well! They have both indoor and outdoor seating.
