Bill Bentley Pub — Restaurant in Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization

Food is good, but we waited for almost a hour for our burgers, then we asked the waiter and he didn't even passed the order to the kitchen staff! We had to repeat four times "We are still waiting for our food" because they speak a VERY POOR English! I'm not saying you have to be a C2 level, but come on, you work in an airport so a good English is a must! Then we asked for the bill, THEY FORGOT IT TOO! So we waited ten minutes and then we went directly at the cashier without any ticket that could tell them which table we were at, and guess what... THEY TOLD US THE WRONG PRICE!

Then I read the reviews on Google and I found out that everybody had already complained about these kind of things...

In the end, just go there ONLY if you have no other choices and IF YOU HAVE TIME before...

Not a good place. We were there yesterday. We waited for ages for our order. They forgot about it. Then we got this awful nachos with cheese sauce (can't they use real chease) , chip olives and they were all soaked and not crunchy. Then we waited for ages for the bill, while waiving to the waiter politly a few times. But she overlooked us. The bill included 10%service for nothing. And offcourse she brought us the change only after we kept looking for it. We just wanted a nachos and a beer before the flight. I really don't...

I had one glass of Sauvignan wine. As I had just arrived and was in transit I only had US dollars. I gave the person serving me a 20 dollar note. I got back 108 Thai Baht. That means I paid almost 15 dollars for a glass of wine! Can that be right or have I been charged for the bottle? I didn't query it because I had no idea of the value of the baht at the time.
